Als Medewerker Operationele Inkoop & Contractbeheer ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen onze afdeling Inkoop. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een zorgvuldige uitvoering en bewaking van onze operationele inkoop- en contractbeheerprocessen en ondersteunt de inkopers bij het leveranciersmanagement.

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je beheert middels mail inkomende interne aanvragen en hebt contact met leveranciers en collega's, vraagt offertes op, houdt contracten en afspraken in de gaten en zorgt ervoor dat onze gegevens in het P2P systeem kloppen.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes en ondersteunen van (senior) inkopers bij offertetrajecten;
  • Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers over prijzen, levertijden, specificaties en voorwaarden;
  • Verwerken en actueel houden van leveranciers-, prijs- en contractgegevens in het P2P systeem;
  • Bewaken van prijsafspraken, indexeringen, volumes, levertijden en certificeringen;
  • Signaleren en opvolgen van afwijkingen tussen bestelling, levering, factuur en contract;
  • Registreren en beheren van contracten en contractdocumentatie;
  • Bewaken van contractlooptijden, verlengingen en opzegtermijnen;
  • Ondersteunen bij leveranciersbeoordelingen, reviews en het inzichtelijk maken van leveranciersprestaties.

Wanneer is dit iets voor jou?

Je bent iemand die graag dingen goed regelt en overzicht houdt. Je werkt nauwkeurig, maar verliest daarbij de praktische kant niet uit het oog. Je vindt het leuk om contact te hebben met verschillende collega's en leveranciers en durft zelf actie te ondernemen wanneer je ziet dat iets niet klopt of dreigt te verlopen.

Daarnaast:

  • Heb je affiniteit met inkoop, contractbeheer en leveranciersmanagement;
  • Werk je gemakkelijk met digitale systemen en administratieve processen;
  • Kun je goed plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen;
  • Communiceer je makkelijk met verschillende interne en externe contacten;
  • Is ervaring met Proactis een pré.
