Wat ga je doen?

Ben jij een ervaren POH-GGZ met een achtergrond in de psychologie en zoek je een fijne werkplek waar je zelfstandig kunt werken, maar ook echt onderdeel bent van een team? Voor een grote, gezellige dorpspraktijk zoeken wij een enthousiaste POH-GGZ voor 16 uur per week.

Als POH-GGZ bied je laagdrempelige ondersteuning aan patiënten met psychische en psychosociale klachten. Je brengt de hulpvraag in kaart, begeleidt patiënten bij uiteenlopende problematiek en verwijst waar nodig door naar passende zorg.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar hebt tegelijkertijd nauw contact met de huisartsen en andere collega's binnen de praktijk. Door de omvang en diversiteit van de patiëntenpopulatie is geen dag hetzelfde en krijg je te maken met uiteenlopende hulpvragen.

Wanneer is dit iets voor jou?

We zoeken een ervaren POH-GGZ, bij voorkeur met een achtergrond als psycholoog, die stevig in de schoenen staat en met plezier naar het werk komt.

Je bent flexibel, enthousiast en weet je gemakkelijk aan te passen aan verschillende situaties en patiënten. Je vindt het prettig om zelfstandig te werken, maar bent bovenal ook een echte teamplayer. Je zoekt actief de samenwerking op en draagt graag bij aan een fijne werksfeer. Daarnaast vinden we het belangrijk dat je toegankelijk bent, initiatief toont en met een positieve instelling je werk doet.

Jouw nieuwe werkplek

Je gaat aan de slag binnen een grote dorpspraktijk met een informele en laagdrempelige werksfeer. De organisatie kent weinig hiërarchie en de lijnen zijn kort. Collega's weten elkaar gemakkelijk te vinden, denken met elkaar mee en werken samen aan goede patiëntenzorg.

Er is ruimte voor eigen initiatief en een persoonlijke manier van werken. Een prettige samenwerking en plezier in het werk vinden we minstens zo belangrijk als deskundigheid.

  • Een goed pensioen (Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn) en salaris conform CAO Ziekenhuizen (fwg 55 €3.903 - €5.503), obv 36 uur). Daarnaast ontvang je 8,33% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering;
  • Veel aandacht voor scholing en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. In 2025 was er ruim één week aan leertijd per praktijkondersteuner. Denk hierbij aan coaching, intervisie, kennisdeling en training & opleiding;
  • 144 vakantie-uren en 57 PLB-uren bij een fulltime (36-uur) dienstverband. PLB staat voor Persoonlijk LevensfaseBudget.
