Wat ga je doen?

Voor een huisartsenpraktijk in Oudenbosch zoeken wij per 1 september een praktijkondersteuner somatiek (POH-S) voor 8 - 20 uur per week, ter versterking van het bestaande team.

Je hebt een brede rol binnen de chronische zorg en combineert verschillende spreekuren:

  • Diabetes mellitus (DM), inclusief het in- en bijstellen van insuline;
  • Cardiovasculair risicomanagement (CVRM);
  • Astma / COPD-zorg, inclusief longfunctieonderzoek (longfunctieonderzoek is een pré).

Ouderenzorg is in beperkte mate een wens om op te pakken.

Je draait zelfstandig spreekuren en zorgt voor continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg binnen jouw aandachtsgebieden.

Wat maakt deze functie interessant?

  • Een afwisselende rol met zowel somatische zorg als longzorg en wellicht in de toekomst ouderenzorg;
  • Werken binnen een bestaande, goed lopende praktijk;
  • Ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen op het gebied van de longzorg door de Caspir opleiding te mogen volgen en de ouderenzorg mee op te pakken.

Wanneer is dit iets voor jou?

  • Je hebt de opleiding tot POH reeds afgerond en hebt bij voorkeur enige jaren werkervaring;
  • Je hebt ervaring met DM, CVRM, Astma / COPD en bij voorkeur ook met ouderenzorg;
  • Ervaring met longfunctieonderzoeken is een sterke pré;
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.

  • Veel aandacht voor scholing en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. In 2025 was er ruim één week aan leertijd per praktijkondersteuner. Denk hierbij aan coaching, intervisie, kennisdeling en training & opleiding;
  • 144 vakantie-uren en 57 PLB-uren bij een fulltime (36-uur) dienstverband. PLB staat voor Persoonlijk LevensfaseBudget.
