Marketing & Events Execution (40%) ● Event Planning & Execution: Organize and manage key program and industry events, including workshops, lectures, kickoff events, demo days, networking sessions, and partner-led activities. ● Marketing & Branding Support: Contribute to marketing efforts, including content development, event promotion, social media strategy, and engagement with the startup ecosystem. ● Public Relations & Outreach: Support outreach efforts to investors, partners, and ecosystem players through event execution, thought leadership content, and brand-building initiatives. Requirements Qualifications & Experience ● 1-4 years of experience in program management, ideally within startup accelerators, incubators, or innovation-focused initiatives. ● Hands-on experience planning and executing events, including workshops, industry networking events, and demo days. ● Experience in marketing and branding, including content creation, event promotion, and ecosystem engagement. ● Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience coordinating across startups, investors, corporate partners, and/or government organizations. ● Proficiency in project management tools and/or CRM platforms is preferred. ● Experience in aerospace & defense (A&D) or dual-use technology sectors is a plus but not required. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
