About the Project

Stark & Partners builds and runs sales teams inside our clients' businesses — hiring junior reps, training them on the job, and running the engine that gets them to their own closes. As Sales Enablement Partner, you're the person on the floor who makes that real: selling live, coaching by doing, and ramping every rep you work with from a standing start to closing on their own.

Your Key Focus Areas

  • Sell from the front. Take live calls inside client teams, so every rep has watched the standard done, not just heard it described.
  • Run the weekly engine. Own the weekly call reviews, pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene that keep a team sharp.
  • Coach by doing. Sit side-by-side with reps on real deals — not workshops, not theory.
  • Carry the playbook. Bring the Stark & Partners Sales Methodology onto the floor, make it stick as habit, and hand it to the client's own team as you go.
  • Ramp reps to self-led closing. That's the outcome our clients are paying for, and it rests on you.
  • Feed what you learn back to us. Your floor experience shapes how we keep improving the playbook and how we assess reps.

You won't be asked to build the sales methodology from the ground up. Your job is to carry it, adapt it in the room, and make it land. That's what lets us hire for hunger and energy over twenty years of experience.

Your Expertise

You'll do well in this role if you:

  • Can pick up the phone and sell — in front of CEOs, in front of reps, without flinching.
  • Have a track record you can walk through in detail, deal by deal, not just describe in general terms.
  • You are high-energy, and it's contagious.
  • You are driven by winning — and by making the people around you better.
  • Listen well and read a room.
  • Are coachable, humble and hungry to keep learning, whatever you've already closed.
  • Come across as a peer a step ahead, not a boss.
  • Treat “no” as the start of the conversation, not the end of it.

This role probably isn't for you if you're more comfortable talking about sales than doing it, if your strongest stories are about teams, you built rather than deals you closed, or if you'd rather sound impressive in a room than prove it live.

Your Have:

  • Up to three years in a genuine closing role — enough to have real wins on the board, not so long you've stepped back from dialling.
  • B2B sales experience, ideally adjacent to tech, but also Real Estate, Insurance, Pharma, Fitness — considered, multi-stakeholder sales.
  • Native Portuguese and C1 English.
  • Based in Portugal, with real working experience on Portuguese market
  • Ability to travel between Lisbon and Porto
