About the Project

Are you ready to help run daily business operations and support project delivery in a remote-first culture? We are looking for an Operations & Project Associate to help our international team work smarter using modern tools and AI. In this role, you will learn to manage daily workflows, keep projects on track, and look for simple ways to automate routine tasks. You will be a central part of our team, offering hands-on project coordination while keeping everyone connected and moving forward.

Your Key Focus Areas

  • Sales & Data Support: Help us track the daily metrics of our sales teams. You will assist in keeping our CRM data clean and pull basic reports to show how our sales cohorts are performing.
  • Event & Bootcamp Coordination: Work directly alongside leadership to help organize the on-the-ground logistics for our Sales Bootcamps, training academies, and local team offsites.
  • Presentations & AI Workflows: Assist in creating clear presentation decks and business documents. You will have dedicated time to explore and test AI tools to help us transition these manual tasks into fast, "AI-native" process flows.
  • People & Feedback Coordination: Help schedule and track 1-on-1 feedback sessions. You will also help us figure out how to seamlessly and automatically sync management notes from these sessions directly into our core HR system.
  • HR Administration & Process Improvement: Learn the ropes of HR by supporting onboarding logistics and basic documentation. You will actively help us brainstorm and implement ways to shift our HR systems from manual data entry to modern, AI-driven workflows.
  • General Project Support: Act as a reliable extra set of hands across various initiatives, helping to keep our internal workflows organized and ensuring our daily operations run smoothly.

Your Expertise

  • Education & Background: Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience in operational coordination, HR support, or sales administration. (Experience in a remote or fast-paced agency/consultancy environment is a strong plus).
  • Analytical & Creative: You are just as comfortable tracking sales metrics in a spreadsheet as you are designing a clean, professional PowerPoint deck.
  • High Emotional Intelligence: You have the maturity and empathy required to handle sensitive HR documents, assist with team coordination, and support 1-on-1 feedback logistics.
  • Self-Driven & Organized: High degree of autonomy, exceptional attention to detail, and top-tier time-management skills suited for remote work.
  • Languages: Native Portuguese with strong professional English skills (minimum B2).
