  • prowadzenie postępowań w sprawach związanych z wydawaniem decyzji administracyjnych o pozwoleniu na budowę i rozbiórkę, zmianach, uchyleniu lub wygaszeniu tych pozwoleń oraz przyjmowanie zgłoszeń budowy i wykonywania robót budowlanych,
  • prowadzenie postępowań związanych z wydawaniem decyzji o zezwoleniu na realizację inwestycji drogowych,
  • prowadzenie postępowań dotyczących zgód na odstępstwa od obowiązujących przepisów, wynikających z ustawy Prawo budowlane oraz ustawy o transporcie kolejowym,
  • wydawanie zaświadczeń o samodzielności lokali.
  • warunki dotyczące charakteru pracy:
  • praca jednozmianowa,
  • praca w godz. 7.30-15.30; wydłużony dzień pracy poniedziałek 07.30 17.00.; skrócony dzień pracy piątek 7.30-14.00,

wykształcenie - techniczne średnie zawodowe zawód - Urzędnik do spraw udzielania pozwoleń na budowę Wymagania niezbędne związane ze stanowiskiem: - wykształcenie średnie techniczne kierunek budownictwo lub wyższe, kierunek architektura, budownictwo lub pokrewne, prawo, administracja (preferowane drugiego stopnia), - 5-letni staż pracy na stanowisku urzędniczym w przypadku wykształcenia średniego; 3-letni staż pracy na stanowisku urzędniczym w przypadku wykształcenia wyższego, - pełna zdolność do czynności prawnych oraz korzystanie z pełni praw publicznych, - niekaralność za umyślne przestępstwo ścigane z oskarżenia publicznego lub umyślne przestępstwo skarbowe, - obywatelstwo polskie, - nieposzlakowana opinia, - stan zdrowia pozwalający na zatrudnienie na ww. stanowisku, - znajomość ustaw: o samorządzie powiatowym, Kodeks postępowania administracyjnego, o ochronie danych osobowych, RODO, - znajomość obsługi komputera i urządzeń biurowych.
