Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende logistieke partner binnen de zorgsector, zoeken we een Customer Service Medewerkern.

Te verwachtte taken:

  • Je beantwoordt klantvragen telefonisch en via e-mail op een professionele en vriendelijke manier.
  • Je luistert actief naar de behoeften van klanten en zoekt steeds naar de best mogelijke oplossing.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert klantgegevens in de verschillende systemen.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert bestellingen en leveringen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van logistiek, planning en sales.
  • Je denkt mee na over nieuwe oplossingen en optimalisaties om de klanttevredenheid verder te verhogen.
  • Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan een cultuur van continue verbetering.

Wie zoeken we?

Jouw achtergrond

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Starters met een sterke motivatie en klantgerichte mindset zijn absoluut welkom.
  • Ervaring binnen customer service, administratie of logistieke dienstverlening is een mooie troef.
  • Je werkt vlot met MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel.
  • Kennis van SAP is een pluspunt.
