Al bijna 150 jaar biedt onze klant objectieve en adviserende services op het vlak van inspectie, certificatie, conformiteitsevaluatie en opleiding.

Jobomschrijving

Voor een tijdelijke opdracht van 3 maanden bij onze klant, gelegen te Borgerhout, zijn we op zoek naar een Customer Service medewerker. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratie, facturatie, rapportering en klantencontact. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot en nauwkeurig verloopt en werkt daarbij nauw samen met verschillende interne diensten.

Wat ga je concreet doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en bouwt een professionele relatie op.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte verwerking en registratie van orders.
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van klantendossiers.
  • Je behandelt facturatie en volgt eventuele betwistingen of klachten nauwgezet op.
  • Je maakt rapporteringen op en verwerkt gegevens op een correcte en kwaliteitsvolle manier.
  • Je onderhoudt telefonisch en schriftelijk contact met klanten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen planning en administratie om een optimale dienstverlening te garanderen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen administratie en facturatie. Kennis van reporting is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kan vlot overweg met cijfers.
  • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve en analytische vaardigheden.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook en Teams).
  • Ervaring met SAP, ERP-systemen en/of Power BI is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler met een proactieve en hands-on ingesteldheid.
  • Je kan onmiddellijk opstarten en bent beschikbaar voor minstens 3 maanden.
