Ben jij sterk in plannen, analyseren en coördineren binnen een productieomgeving? Als Productie Coördinator vorm je de schakel tussen de operationele teams en het management. Vanuit een ondersteunende en coördinerende rol draag je bij aan een efficiënte productieorganisatie en help je mee de afdelingsdoelstellingen rond kwaliteit, productiviteit en continue verbetering te realiseren.

  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van Teamleaders en Supervisors bij de dagelijkse opvolging van de productie
  • Analyseren van productieplanningen en bewaken van volumes, capaciteit, rendementen en stilstanden
  • Opvolgen van productiegegevens en vertalen van cijfers naar rapportages, KPI's en verbeteracties
  • Bewaken van personeels- en productieplanningen en tijdig signaleren van knelpunten
  • Samenwerken met de technische dienst rond onderhoudswerken, stilstanden en beschikbaarheid van installaties
  • Coördineren van verbeterprojecten rond efficiëntie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en continuous improvement
  • Rapporteren van operationele resultaten aan de Productiemanager
  • Standaardiseren en documenteren van productieprocessen en werkinstructies
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt tussen productie, planning, onderhoud, kwaliteit en andere interne afdelingen
  • Opnemen van eigenaarschap over projecten en collega's op een coachende manier meenemen in verbetertrajecten
  • Ervaring in een coördinerende of administratieve functie binnen een productieomgeving
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie vormt een sterke troef
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Vlotte kennis van Word, Excel en Outlook
  • Nauwkeurige werkhouding met oog voor detail
  • Sterke plannings- en organisatievaardigheden
  • Vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen en overzicht te bewaren
  • Technische affiniteit en interesse in productie- en onderhoudsprocessen
  • Ervaring met KPI-opvolging, Lean of continuous improvement vormt een meerwaarde
  • Analytische ingesteldheid en oplossingsgerichte aanpak
