Ben jij een organisatorisch talent en kan jij goed coördineren?

Voor onze klant in Malle zijn we op zoek naar een Productie Coördinator.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je ondersteunt en adviseert teamleaders en supervisors bij de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van de productie
  • Je analyseert de productieplanning en bewaakt de voortgang van productie
  • Je maakt rapportages, KPI's en stelt verbeteracties voor
  • Je neemt de leiding over personeels- en productieplanning
  • Je werkt nauw samen met maintenance rond technische stilstanden en onderhoud
  • Je coördineert verbeterprojecten
  • Je vormt de schakel tussen productie,planning,onderhoud,kwaliteit en andere interne afdelingen
  • Je coacht je collega's en neemt de verantwoordelijkheid over projecten

Je fungeert als belangrijke schakel tussen Teamleaders,Supervisors en de productiemanager. Je speelt een zeer belangrijke rol in het bedrijf!

Wie zoeken wij:

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een soortgelijke functie binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingsindustrie
  • Je kan vlot omgaan met Word,Exel en Outlook
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent een organisatorisch talent en kan goed plannen en prioriteiten leggen
  • Je hebt technische affiniteit en interesse in productie en onderhoud
  • Een plus is als je ervaring hebt met continuous improvement , Lean of KPI's opvolging
  • Je kan vlot communiceren in zowel Nederlands als Engels
  • Andere talen zijn een pluspunt.
