Jobomschrijving

Als SMR & Tyres Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal beheren van het volledige proces rond onderhoud, herstellingen en bandenbeheer van voertuigen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende interne afdelingen en externe partners om een uitstekende dienstverlening te garanderen en bestuurders steeds mobiel te houden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen van onderhouds-, herstellings- en bandenaanvragen van A tot Z.
  • Beoordelen en goedkeuren van herstellings- en onderhoudswerken.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit, voortgang en kosten van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden.
  • Informeren van bestuurders over wijzigingen en de status van hun dossier.
  • Proactief zoeken naar oplossingen om de mobiliteit van klanten te garanderen.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van het facturatieproces.
  • Samenwerken met leveranciers, garages en interne diensten.
  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van bestaande werkprocessen en systemen.
  • Verbeterinitiatieven uitwerken op basis van klantbehoeften.
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt en ondersteuning bieden bij opleidingen en kennisdeling binnen het team.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling en professionalisering van de afdeling.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een analytische en klantgerichte professional met een sterke interesse in automotive technologie en procesoptimalisatie.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in Autotechnologie of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Je bent sterk geïnteresseerd in voertuigtechniek en digitale communicatiemiddelen.
  • Je beschikt over een analytische mindset en kan bestaande processen kritisch evalueren en verbeteren.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en Access; kennis van IBM Cognos is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt kennis van Salesforce en Miles
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan professioneel onderhandelen met leveranciers en partners.
  • Je bent klantgericht en denkt steeds mee aan de beste oplossing.
  • Je neemt initiatief en bent ondernemend ingesteld.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband efficiënt.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Frans uitstekend en kan je vlot uitdrukken in Engels.
