Als SMR & Tyres Advisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor een nauwe samenwerking tussen afdelingen, wat een grote verantwoordelijkheid met zich meebrengt. Binnen de afdeling werk je samen met een team van 22 collega’s om ervoor te zorgen dat de automobiele gebruiker zorgeloos van zijn voertuig kan genieten en altijd mobiel blijft. Je houdt toezicht op de werkzaamheden aan het voertuig, brengt de gebruiker op de hoogte van eventuele wijzigingen en stelt indien nodig proactief een oplossing voor.

Je wordt van begin tot eind betrokken bij het gehele reparatie- en onderhoudsproces (van het verlenen van toestemming voor reparatie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden tot het bewaken, begeleiden en controleren van het reparatie-, onderhouds- en factureringsproces).

Als SMR & Tyres Advisor verwachten we van je dat je de kwaliteit van processen kunt verbeteren en systemen kunt optimaliseren. Dit doe je op basis van de behoeften van onze klanten. We geven je de ruimte om je eigen ideeën in de praktijk te brengen. Bovendien ben je een opleidingspartner voor de Teamleider SMR & Tyres en weet je hoe je samen met hem de afdeling naar een hoger niveau kunt tillen.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma op het gebied van autotechniek.
  • Je hebt een grote interesse in autotechniek en digitale communicatie.
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld, beschikt over sterke denk- en redeneervaardigheden en bent in staat om bestaande processen te optimaliseren.
  • Je haalt veel voldoening uit het werken met Excel en Access; kennis van IBM Cognos is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent klantgericht, communicatief en in staat om te onderhandelen met leveranciers en partners.
  • Je bent vastberaden, ondernemend en innovatief.
  • Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband.
  • Je bent volledig tweetalig in het Nederlands en het Frans en spreekt vloeiend Engels.
