Om de organisatie continu op een kwalitatieve en prijsgunstige manier van de nodige materialen, producten, diensten en investeringen te voorzien, zet jij als Strategisch Aankoper in op doordachte aankoopprocessen en een sterk relatiemanagement met interne en externe stakeholders.

  • In de zoektocht naar de juiste partners breng je de leveranciersmarkt in kaart en baken je deze af.
  • Je vraagt gericht offertes op en streeft naar de best mogelijke voorwaarden op vlak van onder meer prijs, kwaliteit, risico en leveringsbetrouwbaarheid.
  • Indien nodig betrek je interne diensten en personen bij het beslissingsproces.
  • Je bereidt strategische aankooponderhandelingen voor en realiseert besparingsdoelstellingen.
  • Voor een optimaal verloop van rapporteringen en controles waak je over een correcte administratieve opvolging en registratie in de IT-systemen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de interne bestellers, klanten en leveranciers bij probleemdossiers en klachten.
  • Met het oog op best practices waak je over afspraken en leveranciersprestaties.
  • Je helpt in het opzetten van meetpunten voor kwaliteitsissues.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma.
  • Je hebt ervaring met aankoop van directe en indirecte goederen specialisatie in diensten, energie, MRO is een meerwaarde.
  • Je beschikt over analytische vaardigheden en kan tools zoals excel en powerBI vlot gebruikten.
  • Vanuit verschillende invalshoeken binnen en buiten de organisatie weet jij de juiste info te capteren, deze gestructureerd te borgen en kritisch te analyseren.
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en durft te challengen in dien nodig. Kennis van het Duits en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
