このポジションについて

Startaleが日本で推進するオンチェーン金融プロジェクトを、プロジェクトマネージャーとともに前に進めるポジションです。 大手戦略コンサル、外資IT企業出身の優秀なメンバーとの協働しながら、プロジェクトを推進いただきます。

日本円ステーブルコイン「JPYSC」、L1ブロックチェーン「Strium」、新規のオンチェーン金融プロダクトなど、Startaleが国内の金融機関や大手企業と進めるプロジェクトに参加し、社内外の関係者との調整、タスク・スケジュール管理、資料作成、論点整理などを担当していただきます。

入社後は、プロジェクトマネージャーやシニアメンバーのサポートを受けながら、担当領域を確実に遂行し、徐々に責任範囲を広げていただきます。 金融やブロックチェーンに関する専門知識は、入社時点で理解している必要なく、実際のプロジェクトを通じて学びながら、将来的にプロジェクトを自らリードできる人材へ成長していただくことを想定しています。

仕事内容

  • オンチェーン金融プロジェクトにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント
  • プロジェクトのタスク、スケジュール、進捗管理
  • 論点整理、要件の言語化、関係者の合意形成、進行と納期の管理
  • 金融機関・パートナー企業とのコミュニケーションおよび各種調整
  • 社内のプロダクト・エンジニアリングチームとの連携
  • 東京・ニューヨーク・シンガポールのグローバルチームとの協業

必須要件

  • 社会人経験2年以上
  • 日本語ネイティブレベル
  • 英語でのコミュニケーションが可能なこと、または英語を使う環境に積極的にチャレンジできること
  • 複数の関係者とコミュニケーションを取りながら、業務を進めた経験
  • Excel / Google Sheets、PowerPoint / Google Slides等を用いた基本的な資料作成スキル
  • 自分の担当タスクについて、期限と品質に責任を持って遂行できること
  • 新しい領域について自ら学ぶことを楽しめること

歓迎要件

  • コンサルティングファーム、SIer、IT企業などでのプロジェクトサポート、PMO、プロジェクトデリバリーの経験。金融機関向け案件のご経験があればとくに歓迎します
  • 金融機関（銀行・証券・決済など）での実務経験
  • 大手企業とのプロジェクトにおける調整・進行管理の経験
  • IT・システム開発プロジェクトに携わった経験
  • FinTech、決済、デジタルアセットに関する業務経験
  • ブロックチェーン、ステーブルコイン、Web3への関心
  • 英語を使用するグローバルな環境での業務経験

待遇・働き方

  • 想定年収：900万-1450万（残業代、賞与込）
