Job Responsibilities

Zusammen mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass unsere IT-Infrastruktur in ganz Europa stabil, sicher und zukunftsfähig läuft. Nicht nach Schema F, sondern mit Verantwortung, Freiraum und der Möglichkeit, unsere IT-Landschaft aktiv mitzugestalten.   • Teamkapitän: Du führst, coachst und entwickelst unser europäisches Foundational IT Team – mit Verantwortungsgefühl statt Mikromanagement.
  • Transformations-Treiber: Du bringst Standardisierung, Automatisierung und SAP S/4HANA voran und gestaltest aktiv mit, wohin sich unsere IT entwickelt.
  • Infrastruktur-Baumeister: Du modernisierst Netzwerke, Cloud-Plattformen, Endpoints und Workplace-Technologien – und reduzierst dabei Legacy-Komplexität statt sie zu verwalten.
  • Security-Wächter: Du treibst Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management und Business Continuity voran, damit unsere Systeme auch morgen zuverlässig laufen.
  • Steuermann im Hintergrund: Du behältst Vendors, Contracts, Licenses und Budgets im Griff, ohne dass es jemand merkt – bis es drauf ankommt.

Job Requirements

Damit überzeugst du uns:

  • IT-Basis: Fundierte Erfahrung mit Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Microsoft 365, Identity Management und Security.
  • Praxis: Mehrjährige Erfolge im Bereich Automation und Service Optimization in komplexen IT-Umgebungen.
  • Führung: Fundierte Führungserfahrung in komplexen, internationalen IT-Umgebungen – du inspirierst Menschen und schaffst klare Verantwortlichkeiten.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch, kombiniert mit exzellentem „Server-Englisch".
  • Stakeholder-Talent: Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten über alle Organisationsebenen hinweg.
  • Teamplayer, denn bei uns ziehen alle an einem Strang
