A fast-growing restaurant technology company is developing an all-in-one operating system for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, and hospitality businesses.

The company provides an integrated platform that brings together POS, ordering, payments, inventory, loyalty, reservations, analytics, and other essential business tools.

Currently trusted by over 1,000 venues and integrated with more than 150 POS systems and third-party tools, the company is expanding its capabilities through AI and automation to help hospitality businesses streamline operations and make smarter business decisions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Executive to oversee day-to-day finance operations and coordinate with external accounting firms in Thailand and Singapore.

Reporting directly to the founders, you will manage invoicing, payments, financial records, inventory tracking, and cash-flow visibility while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

This is an opportunity to join a growing technology company, improve financial processes, and gradually take on broader finance responsibilities as the business expands.

Responsibilities

  • Invoicing & Collections: Issue customer invoices, monitor payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and maintain accurate accounts receivable records
  • Payments & Expenses: Review supplier invoices and expense claims, collect supporting documents, and prepare payments for approval
  • Financial Records: Reconcile bank transactions, maintain accurate financial documentation, and investigate discrepancies
  • Inventory & Cost Tracking: Monitor hardware purchases, sales, and stock levels, ensuring accurate information for inventory and cost-of-sales reporting
  • Accounting Coordination: Liaise with external accounting firms in Thailand and Singapore, prepare monthly accounting documents, review draft accounts, and resolve outstanding issues
  • Financial Reporting: Coordinate quarterly consolidated reporting within 30 days of quarter-end
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash balances, upcoming payments, and expected collections while supporting cash-flow forecasting
  • Process Improvement: Improve financial workflows, documentation, expense approvals, and reporting through spreadsheets, accounting software, and automation
  • Business Support: Assist with occasional administrative tasks and vendor coordination as needed

Qualifications

  • Approximately 2–4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations
  • Experience supporting monthly financial closing and account reconciliations
  • Good understanding of accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, cost of sales, accruals, and prepayments
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and familiarity with accounting software
  • Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve financial processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to investigate financial discrepancies
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to develop skills in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and broader financial management
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • CPA certification and specialist IFRS/SFRS knowledge are not required
