  • Define and validate internal operational statuses and client-safe status labels, including masking and entitlement requirements.
  • Prepare test scenarios and data covering normal processing, screening holds, credit holds, anomaly holds, repair, stuck MQ, timeouts, NACKs, cancellations and returns.
  • Execute UAT, record evidence, raise defects and retest fixes across UI, data feeds, reports and access controls.
  • Support definition of alert ownership, response SLAs, escalation paths, operational procedures and training materials.
  • Provide traceability analysis and operations support to the anomaly detection workstream including for event visibility, case management and payment decisions.
  • Provide process and application dependency analysis to Swift Resilience planning and readiness activities.

What we value:

These skills will help you succeed in this role:

  • Practical understanding of payment or settlement processing and operational exception handling.
  • Strong process mapping, requirements documentation, workshop and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with SWIFT or ISO 20022 messaging, payment identifiers and market acknowledgements is beneficial.
  • Ability to work with operational and technical stakeholders and manage detailed evidence.
  • Strong risk, client-data and control awareness.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
