Experiencia en identificación y seguimiento de defectos, gestión de incidencias, validación de criterios de aceptación y acompañamiento a implementaciones tecnológicas.Capacidad para coordinar equipos de pruebas, gestionar impedimentos, priorizar actividades y articularse con equipos de desarrollo, producto y negocio. Conocimiento del ciclo de vida del software y metodologías ágiles como Scrum y Kanban.Requerimientos técnicosConocimientos en herramientas de gestión y ejecución de pruebas de software, consultas SQL para validación de información en bases de datos y manejo de herramientas de seguimiento de incidencias.Conocimientos en Postman y SoapUI para validación de servicios y APIs REST y SOAP. Manejo de herramientas de pruebas como Selenium WebDriver, Java, Serenity BDD y Cucumber como conocimientos complementarios en automatización.
