La persona será responsable de orientar al equipo de desarrollo, definir las tareas de implementación y colaborar con el Product Owner para convertir las necesidades del negocio en soluciones claras y viables.Responsabilidades y atribucionesCompletar y mantener los diseños de solución del proyecto.Trabajar junto al Product Owner en la planificación de tareas de alta complejidad y en la definición de objetivos del Sprint e historias de usuario.Aportar una primera estimación de esfuerzo y tiempo para las historias y tareas, y apoyar su asignación al equipo.Guiar al equipo de desarrollo, entregando contexto y una visión integral para facilitar la ejecución del trabajo.Colaborar con los arquitectos de solución y software en la selección de tecnologías y la aplicación de patrones de diseño y buenas prácticas, considerando escalabilidad, modularidad y reutilización.Ayudar al equipo a planificar cómo abordar el trabajo y asegurar que cuente con los recursos necesarios antes y durante cada Sprint.Escalar oportunamente los impedimentos que no pueda resolver, primero con el Scrum Master y, cuando corresponda, con el Delivery Manager.Requisitos y calificacionesExperiencia sólida en desarrollo con Java 8 o superior, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Maven y herramientas de logging como Log4j.Conocimientos de tecnologías y frameworks JavaScript, como React, Redux, Angular, jQuery, JSON y AJAX; idealmente, Redux Sagas y React Hooks.Manejo de HTML5, CSS3, diseño responsivo, Bootstrap y conceptos de diseño web.Experiencia con distintos CMS y entornos de desarrollo como Visual Studio Code, Eclipse e IntelliJ.Conocimientos de bases de datos: modelamiento y sentencias DDL/DML.Experiencia con pruebas unitarias y herramientas como JUnit, Mockito, Hamcrest y SonarQube.Experiencia diseñando y creando APIs REST e integrando servicios REST/SOAP.Conocimientos de AWS, incluyendo CloudFront, CloudWatch, S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateway y creación de Lambdas; también Flyway.Conocimientos de arquitectura hexagonal y microservicios.Manejo de integración continua con Jenkins y control de versiones con Git, Git Flow, versionamiento semántico y Conventional Commits.Conocimiento de Scrum u otros marcos ágiles y manejo de Jira y Confluence.Experiencia en el sector financiero, medios de pago o sector bancarioInformaciones adicionalesHabilidades que valoramosLiderazgo, trabajo en equipo, aprendizaje continuo, capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas, adaptabilidad, priorización y manejo de tareas múltiples.
