Voor een internationale topspeler binnen logistiek en supply chain solutions zijn we op zoek naar een Freight ForwarderAls Freight Forwarder Ocean ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en organiseren van zeevrachtzendingen van A tot Z. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten, rederijen en interne afdelingen om ervoor te zorgen dat de goederen veilig en op tijd op hun bestemming aankomen. Je handelt douanedocumentatie af, stelt transportdossiers op en houdt toezicht op de volledige transportketen.Je beheert dossiers van A tot Z en speelt een cruciale rol in de volledige logistieke keten: van offerte en planning tot levering en facturatie.Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:Dagelijks communiceren met klanten, leveranciers en overseas agents zowel per mail als telefonischPlaatsen van boekingen bij leveranciersAfhandelen van expeditiedossiers t.e.m; facturatie (incl opvolging, goedkeuren en disputeren van leveranciers facturen)Volledige documentatie van het dossier (o.a. waivers, vergunningen, certificaten...)Interpretatie en uitvoering van Letter of CreditOpmaken en/of controleren van douane-instructies, douane documentenInplannen van transportenOpvolgen van zendingen tot op de eindbestemming Je hebt een eerste ervaring als Freight Forwarder,Ervaring met breakbulk, special cargo of oversized transporten is een sterke troefJe hebt kennis van internationale regelgeving, Incoterms, Dangerous Goods en douaneproceduresErvaring met logistieke softwaresystemen is mooi meegenomenJe communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en FransJe bent stressbestendig, oplossingsgericht en werkt nauwkeurigJe houdt van teamwork en voelt je thuis in een dynamische internationale omgeving
