Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a key interface between engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and program teams, ensuring alignment and accountability
  • Drive collaboration across stakeholders including vehicle programs, and industrial teams
  • Lead structured problem-solving efforts and ensure closure through standardized methodologies

  • Ensure lessons learned are captured and systematically applied to current and future programs
  • Manage deviations and ensure compliance with mandatory requirements (IAA)

Program Deliverables & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver program-level quality reporting, including KPIs, risk status, and action plans

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
