Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar al heel wat aanwezig is: ervaren teams, data, systemen en verschillende verbeterinitiatieven. De uitdaging? Zorgen dat deze ook effectief op de werkvloer landen en resultaten opleveren.

Concreet ga je onder meer:

  • De dagelijkse transportoperatie van nabij opvolgen en meer structuur brengen.
  • Een sterke relatie opbouwen met chauffeurs, planners, teamleaders en operationele medewerkers.
  • Bestaande verbetertrajecten opnieuw op de rails zetten en opvolgen.
  • Samen met IT en de business KPI-dashboards verder vertalen naar concrete operationele sturing.
  • In kaart brengen waar de grootste efficiëntie- en rendementsverliezen zitten.
  • Transportperformance analyseren op basis van onder meer ritten, kosten en productiviteit.
  • De kosten en inzet van onderaannemers kritisch analyseren.
  • Teams meenemen in verandering en zorgen voor duidelijk ownership en opvolging.
  • Management voorzien van een helder beeld van de operationele performance en de belangrijkste actiepunten.

We zoeken geen klassieke projectmanager of consultant, maar een ervaren transportprofessional die graag met beide voeten in de operatie staat.

Je brengt bij voorkeur mee:

  • Een stevige achtergrond binnen wegtransport.
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van chauffeurs en operationele teams.
  • Ervaring met een grotere transportorganisatie en/of complexe transportomgeving.
  • Sterke affiniteit met KPI's, rendement en operationele performance.
  • Ervaring met het implementeren van verbetertrajecten.
  • Het vermogen om mensen mee te krijgen, ook wanneer verandering aanvankelijk weerstand oproept.
  • Een hands-on en pragmatische ingesteldheid.
  • Voldoende senioriteit om zowel met de werkvloer als met het managementniveau te schakelen.
