Planning & Customer Service Officer

Een planning die wijzigt, een klant met een vraag, een ploeg die ondersteuning nodig heeft. Jij bewaart het overzicht en zorgt dat onze schoonmaakmedewerkers en klanten op een vlotte organisatie rekenen. Hou je van plannen, opvolgen en contact met mensen? Dan is deze rol bij ATALIAN iets voor jou. Elke dag is anders, maar dit hier ligt jouw focus:

Je houdt de planning op koers

  • Je volgt de dagelijkse planning van de schoonmaakmedewerkers op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je beheert de clusters: de klantenportefeuilles per medewerker.
  • Je overlegt met de operationele managers over een optimale verdeling van de beschikbare capaciteit.

Je zorgt voor vlot klantencontact

  • Je behandelt klachten en volgt ze zorgvuldig op.
  • Je onderhoudt de klantenrelaties en denkt mee over acties die onze dienstverlening verbeteren.
  • Je werkt samen met collega's uit andere regio's wanneer dat nodig is.

Wat zit er in jouw rugzak?

Ervaring met dispatching is een pluspunt, geen vereiste. Ook kennis van de facilitaire sector, zoals schoonmaak, catering of beveiliging, geeft je een voorsprong.

  • Je behaalde een diploma secundair onderwijs of een bachelor in een relevante richting, of hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring in een administratieve functie.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Telefonisch contact maakt voor jou vanzelfsprekend deel uit van je werk.
  • Je werkt vlot met Microsoft Office en volgt je administratie nauwkeurig op.
  • Je stelt prioriteiten, bewaart je overzicht op drukke momenten en schakelt vlot wanneer de planning verandert.
  • Je bent flexibel en stemt helder af met klanten en collega's.
