  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten binnen jouw regio en benadert doelgericht architecten, stukadoors en bouwpartners.
  • Je adviseert klanten op een onderbouwde manier, zowel technisch als esthetisch, en denkt mee over de juiste oplossing per project.
  • Je beheert jouw volledige commerciële traject, van eerste contact tot opvolging en afronding van projecten.
  • Je neemt initiatief in het organiseren van klantgerichte activiteiten, zoals bezoeken aan productie, opleidingen en netwerkevents.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf op een professionele en overtuigende manier en bouwt zo aan een sterk imago in jouw regio.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar commerciële ervaring, idealiter binnen een technische of bouwgerelateerde context.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met de bouwsector en begrijpt de realiteit van professionele klanten.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je bent een natuurlijke netwerker die snel vertrouwen opbouwt en opportuniteiten herkent.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en doelgericht, zonder flexibiliteit te verliezen.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel in een functie met veel autonomie, verantwoordelijkheid en extern contact.
