Wir suchen neue Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für unser Steuerberatungs-Team, die uns bei der Betreuung unserer Mandanten unterstützen. Wenn du motiviert bist und es dir leicht fällt, den Überblick zu behalten und Menschen zu helfen, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Was Du bei uns bewirkst

  • Du betreust als Steuerberater:in erfolgreiche, inhabergeführte Unternehmen und ihre Gesellschafter – empathisch, verständlich und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du verfasst und kontrollierst Deklarationen, sorgst für Compliance in den erforderlichen steuerlichen Pflichten unserer Mandanten und sicherst die Qualität.
  • Du denkst mit: bei Steuererklärungen, Jahresabschlüssen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen – mit Blick auf Optimierung statt bloßer Pflichterfüllung.
  • Du gibst Sicherheit: durch verlässliche Review-Prozesse, klare Kommunikation und das Talent, Komplexes einfach zu erklären.
  • Du stärkst das Team, indem Du Dein Wissen teilst, andere anleitest und Dich in Kanzlei-Projekte einbringst – gemeinsam gestalten wir die Zukunft.
  • Du hilfst mit, unsere internen Prozesse und Tools pragmatisch weiterzuentwickeln – weil gute Struktur den Raum für gute Energie schafft.

Was Du mitbringst

  • Dein bestandenes Steuerberaterexamen – und idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung.
  • Freude daran, Mandanten wirklich zu helfen – nicht nur abzuarbeiten.
  • Ein sicheres Gespür für Compliance, gepaart mit dem Mut, steuerlich Neues zu denken.
  • Begeisterung für digitale Tools, schlanke Prozesse und klare Kommunikation.
  • Verantwortung für das große Ganze – nicht nur für den eigenen Schreibtisch.
  • Offenheit, Empathie und ein echter Teamgedanke.
  • Wunsch nach einer Führungsposition, in der du deine Stärken einbringen und dein Team wachsen lassen kannst.
