Ihre Aufgaben

Wir suchen neue Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Vertrieb und Mandantengewinnung, die uns dabei unterstützen, den Kontakt mit unseren Interessenten zu halten, potenzielle Mandanten vorzuqualifizieren und diese hinsichtlich ihrer geschäftlichen Ziele strategisch zu beraten.

Bisher keine Vertriebserfahrung? Quereinsteiger?

Während der Einarbeitung erlernst du alles was du zur Ausführung des Jobs benötigst. Vorkenntnisse im Bereich Vertrieb sind also nicht notwendig.

Aufgabenbereiche:

  • Die Unterstützung unserer Steuerberater bei ihren operativen Vertriebstätigkeiten
  • Die telefonische Vorbereitung und Beratung unserer Interessenten
  • Die Planung sowie die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Termine unserer Steuerberater
  • Der gelegentliche Besuch von Messen, Seminaren und ähnlichen Veranstaltungen zur Neukundenakquise

Gehalt: 4.000 Euro pro Monat (brutto) Weiterentwicklungs- und Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten in den nächsten Jahren sind vorhanden.

Die Einarbeitungsphase dauert in der Regel 2-4 Monate.

Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung ist hilfreich, aber nicht erforderlich
  • Die Fähigkeit, bestehenden Prozessen zu folgen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und hohe Disziplin
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Präzision
  • Guter Umgang mit Leistungsdruck
  • Eine ruhige, angenehme und attraktive Stimme
  • Saubere und fehlerfreie schriftliche Ausdrucksform in Deutsch
  • Vorkenntnisse in den Themen Steuern & Finanzen sind von Vorteil, aber nicht notwendig
