På Plejecenter Plushøj har vi 26 beboere, og vi arbejder med personcentreret omsorg, høj faglighed og respekt for den enkeltes ønsker og behov.

Selvstændigt ansvar med mulighed for hjælp Nattevagten er en alene vagt, hvor du har ansvaret for beboernes pleje, omsorg og tryghed gennem natten. Du har mulighed for at tilkalde en udekørende kollega, når der er behov for hjælp og støtte.

Dine opgaver

  • Skabe ro og tryghed for beboerne.
  • Yde pleje og omsorg med udgangspunkt i den enkeltes behov.
  • Observere og reagere på ændringer i beboernes tilstand.
  • Dokumentere relevante observationer og sikre en god overlevering til dagvagten.

Vi søger dig, der

  • Er uddannet social- og sundhedshjælper eller social- og sundhedsassistent.
  • Arbejder selvstændigt og bevarer overblikket.
  • Er rolig, omsorgsfuld og ansvarlig.
  • Kender dine kompetencer og tilkalder hjælp, når der er behov.
  • Bidrager til et godt samarbejde på tværs af vagterne.
