In Huis van de Wijk het Pompgebouw is altijd wat te doen

Heb jij een warm hart voor de buurt en ontvang je graag mensen met een glimlach? Dan zoeken wij jou! Als gastheer/gastvrouw in de brasserie van het Huis van de Wijk zorg je voor een gezellige sfeer, een kopje koffie en een luisterend oor. Er vinden bij ons veel activiteiten plaats, voor en door bewoners, georganiseerd of ondersteund door medewerkers van DOCK of andere organisaties.

De Gastheer of -vrouw:

  • Heet de bezoekers van harte welkom.
  • Is het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en weet welke activiteiten er in het gebouw zijn.
  • Beantwoordt vragen en verwijst door.
  • Is enthousiast, representatief, gastvrij, beleefd en rustig van aard.
  • Is minstens 1 dagdeel per week beschikbaar (een dagdeel is de ochtend van 9.00 uur tot 13.00 uur, de middag van 13.00 uur tot 16.00 uur of de namiddag van 15.00 uur tot 18.00 uur).

  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands, het is fijn als je jezelf ook wegwijs kunt maken in het Engels.

  • Je bent nauwgezet en punctueel (noteren en doorgeven van informatie).
  • Je bent gemotiveerd en hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor je werk en naar collega’s.
  • Je hebt enige kennis van het gebied.
