The posting

Bij de crisisdienst heb je een dynamische en afwisselende baan waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. Je beoordeelt acute psychiatrische crisissituaties en werkt outreachend op uiteenlopende locaties. Ook Schiphol behoort tot ons werkgebied. Hier bied je je hulp aan mensen van over de hele wereld die op de luchthaven in een psychiatrische crisis raken.

Wat je concreet doet

Je beoordeelt acute psychiatrische crisissituaties altijd samen met een collega, zoals een arts of Verpleegkundig Specialist. Je krijgt te maken met complexe casuïstiek, uiteenlopende ziektebeelden en diverse hulpvragen.

Als verpleegkundige heb je een belangrijke en zelfstandige rol binnen de crisisbeoordelingen. Jouw verpleegkundige expertise en visie worden nadrukkelijk gewaardeerd.

Je werkzaamheden vinden plaats op onze eigen locatie en op externe locaties, zoals bij mensen thuis, op Schiphol, bij de Koninklijke Marechaussee, op het politiebureau en op de Spoedeisende Hulp.

Daarnaast bied je kortdurende vervolgcontacten aan, gericht op het stabiliseren van de crisis. Hierbij zet je verpleegkundige interventies in en begeleid je cliënten in een kwetsbare periode.

Ook kun je worden ingezet als triageverpleegkundige op ons meldpunt. Je bent dan het eerste aanspreekpunt voor verwijzers, patiënten en ketenpartners. Je beoordeelt en prioriteert de hulpvragen, coördineert de werkzaamheden van collega's en bewaakt de planning van crisisbeoordelingen.

Je werkt nauw samen in een multidisciplinair team met onder andere psychiaters, Verpleegkundig Specialisten, (basis)artsen, artsen in opleiding tot specialist, verpleegkundigen en SPV'ers.

Je werkt in dag-, avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten.

Wat breng je mee en wat krijg je van ons?

  • Je hebt een diploma hbo-verpleegkunde.
  • Een rijbewijs is een pré.
  • Inschaling in FWG 50/55 (cao GGZ). Afhankelijk van opleiding gecombineerd met ervaring.
  • Mogelijkheid tot een direct vast contract.
  • Veel ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de crisiszorg, bijvoorbeeld via de opleiding tot SPV.
  • Ondersteuning bij je professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, zoals het verdiepen van je expertise en het aanleren van nieuwe vaardigheden.
