Als Adviseur Facilitair & Huisvesting zorg jij ervoor dat onze gebouwen en huisvesting aansluiten bij wat cliënten, medewerkers en de organisatie nodig hebben. Je combineert jouw kennis van vastgoed en huisvesting met een scherpe blik op beleid, onderhoud, duurzaamheid en toekomstige ontwikkelingen.

Je adviseert over uiteenlopende huisvestingsvraagstukken en denkt mee over de ontwikkeling van onze vastgoedportefeuille. Daarbij beweeg je gemakkelijk tussen strategische vraagstukken en de praktische uitvoering.

Wat ga je doen als Adviseur Facilitair & Huisvesting?

Als Adviseur Facilitair & Huisvesting ben je een belangrijke gesprekspartner binnen de organisatie. Je adviseert de directeur Facilitair & Huisvesting en andere betrokkenen over huisvestingsvraagstukken en werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het strategisch vastgoedplan.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Regie voeren op het MJOP, inclusief jaarlijkse mutaties, driejaarlijkse actualisaties en de vertaling van onderhoudsplannen naar onderhoudsbegrotingen.
  • Verzamelen en beoordelen van initiatieven voor gebouwaanpassingen, in kaart brengen van financiële consequenties en voorbereiden van investerings- en besluitvormingsvoorstellen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het strategisch vastgoedplan en bij businesscases voor renovatie-, herontwikkelings-, uitbreidings- en verduurzamingsprojecten. Toetsen van gebouwaanpassingen en huisvestingswensen aan strategisch vastgoedbeleid, veiligheid, techniek, functionaliteit en duurzaamheid.
  • Ontwikkelen, actualiseren en beheren van vastgoedkaders en basisdocumenten, waaronder programma's van eisen, basisbestekken, huisvestingshandboeken, contract- en beleidsstukken.
  • Adviseren over huur- en verhuurvraagstukken, demarcaties, onderhoudsverantwoordelijkheden en dienstverlening.
  • Signaleren en vertalen van ontwikkelingen op het gebied van verduurzaming, en wet- en regelgeving naar beleid, uitvoering en rapportages, waaronder de informatieplicht, EED-verslaglegging en de CO₂-routekaart.

Daarnaast werk je samen met interne en externe partijen, zoals leveranciers en adviseurs. Je weet verschillende belangen bij elkaar te brengen en zorgt ervoor dat plannen daadwerkelijk tot resultaat komen.

Over Facilitair & Huisvesting

  • Samen met circa 100 collega's van de dienst Facilitair & Huisvesting zorg je voor ondersteunende dienstverlening aan het zorgproces op de locaties van GGZ inGeest. De dienstverlening is breed en omvat onder andere inkoop, vastgoedbeheer, receptie, schoonmaak en onderhoud.
  • Je werkt binnen een team vastgoed met drie projectleiders vastgoedbeheer. Vanuit jouw rol werk je nauw samen met collega's binnen Facilitair & Huisvesting, de zorg en andere onderdelen van de organisatie.
  • GGZ inGeest heeft circa 2.000 medewerkers en biedt psychische gezondheidszorg vanuit locaties in Amsterdam, Amstelveen, Bennebroek, Haarlem en Hoofddorp. Daarmee werk je in een organisatie waar huisvesting direct bijdraagt aan een goede omgeving voor cliënten en medewerkers.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

  • Je hebt een relevante opleiding op HBO- of WO-niveau.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur binnen de zorg.
  • Je hebt kennis van huisvesting, vastgoed en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en proactief.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en overtuigend en weet mensen aan te spreken op gedrag en verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Je hebt een goed gevoel voor organisatorische verhoudingen en beschikt over een uitstekend analytisch vermogen.
  • Je kunt verschillende belangen overzien en weet deze te vertalen naar een helder advies of concreet voorstel.
  • Je bent in staat om zelfstandig vraagstukken op te pakken en tegelijkertijd goed samen te werken met interne en externe partijen.

  • De functie is ingeschaald in FWG 60 van de cao ggz.
