The posting

Als woonzorgmedewerker ben jij betrokken bij het algehele welzijn van onze cliënten. Jij zorgt samen met hen voor een fijne, schone en gezellige woonomgeving. Denk aan samen boodschappen doen, een praatje maken tijdens het koffiemoment en samen koken. Altijd afgestemd op wat de cliënt nodig heeft en prettig vindt. Je begeleidt cliënten bij dagelijkse taken in het huis en biedt waar nodig ondersteuning bij ADL. Daarbij heb je oog voor hun welzijn: je signaleert veranderingen of problemen en bespreekt deze met de woonbegeleiding. De basis van jouw werk? Een vertrouwensband opbouwen, zodat cliënten zich veilig en gehoord voelen. Zo draag jij bij aan een leefklimaat waarin zij zich thuis voelen. De functie is tijdelijk met uitzicht op verlenging.

Wat breng jij mee?

In de functie van woonzorgmedewerker is het van belang dat je cliëntgericht bent. Je bent hiernaast goed in staat om je eigen werk zelfstandig te organiseren en plannen. Je kunt goed samenwerken en staat open voor nieuwe ontwikkelingen. Je kunt prioriteiten én grenzen stellen. Verder breng je mee:

  • Een MBO-niveau 2 Helpende Zorg en Welzijn diploma.
  • Werkervaring in een verzorgende functie en affiniteit met de GGZ-doelgroep.
  • Je bent bereid om in onregelmatige diensten te werken.

Wij bieden

  • Een salaris tussen €2.504,- en €3.180,- o.b.v. 36 uur (CAO GGZ, FWG 25)
  • Je eerste contract is een tijdelijk contract. Zijn we blij met elkaar dan is je volgende contract een contract voor onbepaalde tijd.
  • Naast de wettelijke 8,33% vakantiegeld ontvang je een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en kennen we bij Kwintes het balansbudget van €1000,- bruto per jaar naar rato van je dienstverband. Ook onze leaseregeling voor de mooiste en beste (elektrische) fietsen is het benoemen waard!
  • Een uitstekende pensioenregeling waarin Kwintes voor 50% bijdraagt.
  • Een ruim aanbod aan opleiding, training en coaching; zowel via onze afdeling Leren & Ontwikkelen als via externe partijen.
