Op BSO Zalmkolk stap je binnen in een gezellige en levendige omgeving waar kinderen alle ruimte krijgen om te spelen, ontdekken en zichzelf te zijn. Samen met je collega’s maak je van iedere middag iets leuks; van buitenspelen op het grote speelplein tot koken, knutselen of lekker bewegen in de gymzaal. Juist die afwisseling, vrijheid en samenwerking maken het zo’n fijne plek om te werken.

Jouw rol als pedagogisch professional Na school ontvang je de kinderen op de bso. Jij geeft ze een fijne plek door een warme, veilige en uitdagende omgeving te creëren. Even bijkomen met een boekje, buiten uitrazen of samen een spelletje doen. Niets moet, alles mag. Samen met jouw collega’s organiseer je de leukste individuele en groepsactiviteiten, waarbij je het pedagogisch beleidsplan van Doomijn als richtlijn gebruikt. Je betrekt ouders bij de ontwikkeling van hun kind, zodat zij kunnen meegenieten van de ontwikkeling die hun kind bij ons doormaakt.

Heb jij het in je?

Met jouw creativiteit en energie is er áltijd wat te beleven. Je weet hoe je kinderen hierbij betrekt en begeleidt ze in hun spel. Je luistert naar en ziet het kind, wat het nodig heeft en wat het kan.

Verder ben je:

  • In het bezit van minimaal een kindgericht mbo-diploma op niveau 3.
  • Beschikbaar voor 16 uur per week op maandag-, dinsdag- en donderdagmiddag. Het is een pré als je ook beschikbaar bent voor de vso op dinsdag en donderdagochtend.
