Lehrstelle Assistentin/Assistent Gesundheit und Soziales EBA ​

Während Ihrer Ausbildung zur Assistentin bzw. zum Assistenten Gesundheit und Soziales EBA unterstützen Sie unsere Bewohnenden im Alltag. Sie helfen bei der Betreuung, Pflege und Alltagsgestaltung und übernehmen abwechslungsreiche hauswirtschaftliche Aufgaben. Dabei sammeln Sie wertvolle Erfahrungen und entwickeln Ihre Fähigkeiten Schritt für Schritt weiter. Dabei werden Sie von erfahrenen Berufsbildnerinnen und Berufsbildnern unterstützt und begleitet.

Aufgaben

  • Mitwirken und Unterstützen bei Gesundheits- und Körperpflege
  • Begleiten und Unterstützen von Klientinnen und Klienten im Alltag
  • Unterstützen im Haushalt
  • Einhalten und Umsetzen von Hygiene und Sicherheit
  • Mitwirken bei Administration, Logistik, Arbeitsorganisation
  • Entwickeln und Beachten von Berufsrollen und Zusammen­arbeit

Voraussetzungen

  • Absolvierte obligatorische Schulzeit
  • Freude am Kontakt zu Menschen
  • Freude an hauswirtschaftlichen und praktischen Arbeiten
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Hilfsbereitschaft
  • Geduld und Respekt
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • gute körperliche und geistige Gesundheit, Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten
