Lehrstelle Fachfrau/mann Gesundheit EFZ mit Berufsmaturität möglich

Während Ihrer Ausbildung zur Fachfrau bzw. zum Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ lernen Sie, unsere Bewohnenden kompetent, einfühlsam und professionell zu begleiten. Sie übernehmen Schritt für Schritt Verantwortung, erweitern Ihr Fachwissen und sammeln vielseitige praktische Erfahrungen.

Dabei werden Sie von erfahrenen Berufsbildnerinnen und Berufsbildnern unterstützt und begleitet. Bei entsprechenden Voraussetzungen besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, die Ausbildung mit Berufsmaturität zu absolvieren.

Aufgaben

  • Umsetzen von Professionalität und Bewohnenden orientiertes Verhalten
  • Pflegen und Betreuen unserer Bewohnenden
  • Pflegen und Betreuen in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Ausführen medizinaltechnischer Verrichtungen
  • Fördern und Erhalten von Gesundheit und Hygiene
  • Gestalten des Alltags
  • Wahrnehmen hauswirtschaftlicher Aufgaben
  • Durchführen administrativer und logistischer Aufgaben

Voraussetzungen

  • Abschluss Niveau E, oder Niveau A mit guten Noten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2 erwünscht)
  • Positive und motivierte Persönlichkeit
  • Freude und Empathie im Umgang mit betagten Menschen
  • Beziehungs - und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
