Für den Bereich Spitex suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Fachperson.

Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die fachgerechte und bedarfsgerechte Pflege und Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in allen Diensten.
  • Sie unterstützen unsere Kundinnen und Kunden bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens und erbringen pflegerische sowie hauswirtschaftliche Leistungen gemäss Pflegeplanung.
  • Sie beraten und instruieren Angehörige und Bezugspersonen und arbeiten aktiv und konstruktiv im interprofessionellen Team zusammen.
  • Sie führen eine sorgfältige und nachvollziehbare Pflegedokumentation und tragen zur Sicherung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität bei.
  • Sie übernehmen gemäss Einsatzplanung Einsätze im Tag\- und Spätdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen und tragen zu einer wertschätzenden Betreuung unserer Kundinnen und Kunden bei.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Bereitschaft zu Einsätzen in allen Diensten sowie an Wochenenden/Feiertage
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse und Führerausweis Kat. B, Auto von Vorteil
