Wat ga je doen?

Als Meewerkend Voorman Inkt & Kwaliteit zorg jij ervoor dat kleur en kwaliteit altijd op het hoogste niveau zijn. Je bent dé specialist op het gebied van inktbeheer en kwaliteitsbewaking en ondersteunt en draagt zorg bij de productie bij het realiseren van een optimaal eindproduct.

Jouw kerntaken zien er als volgt uit:

  • Beheren en controleren van inktkwaliteit, kleurstellingen en specificaties;
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van productie bij kleur- en kwaliteitsvraagstukken;
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en initiëren van verbetermaatregelen;
  • Opstellen en bewaken van werkinstructies en procedures;
  • Analyseren van kwaliteitsgegevens en rapportages;
  • Samenwerken met interne en externe stakeholders om kwaliteit continu te verbeteren.

Door jouw expertise en proactieve houding lever je een directe bijdrage aan een stabiel productieproces en een hoogwaardig eindresultaat.

Wie ben jij en wat vragen we van jou?

  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht;
  • Op hoofdlijnen bekend met het (digitale) productieproces van een drukkerij, het flexo drukproces en kleurbeheer
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitscontrole en procesverbetering;
  • Positief en motiverend; weet mensen aan te spreken, te overtuigen en voor zich te winnen;
  • Affiniteit met techniek, kleur en productieprocessen;
  • MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur technisch of grafische richting;
  • Ervaring in een productieomgeving (grafische industrie is een pré);
  • Analytisch sterk en continu gericht op verbeteren;
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve instelling.

Je hoeft nog geen specialist in inkt te zijn: je wordt intern opgeleid door onze inktleverancier. Wel vinden we het belangrijk dat je feeling hebt met kleur, inkt en techniek.

Over Felco:

Excellente Flexo Plaatproductie, Preprint en innovatieve reinigingsoplossingen voor de flexografische industrie. Dat is de Rudico Group, gevestigd in Eerbeek. Rudico Group bestaat uit drie werkmaatschappijen met ongeveer 90 gedreven medewerkers. Samen werken we dagelijks aan kwaliteit, innovatie en klanttevredenheid.
