Le rôle de Responsable d'équipe de production est essentiel pour nos activités de fabrication. Rattaché à la direction de production, ce poste consiste à piloter les opérations au quotidien et à guider les équipes sur le terrain. Vous accompagnez les leaders de cellule et les personnes en atelier pour assurer la fluidité du travail tout en veillant au bien être de chacun.

Notre équipe de production crée des articles personnalisés qui préservent les précieux souvenirs de nos clients. Votre travail au quotidien aide directement à livrer des produits de haute qualité en toute sécurité et de manière éthique. En soutenant vos collègues et en maintenant des processus efficaces, vous contribuez à faire grandir notre entreprise et à apporter de la joie à notre communauté.

Comment vous nourrissez votre curiosité au quotidien

  • Guider les leaders de cellule de votre périmètre pour favoriser leur progression professionnelle
  • Animer les réunions du système de gestion quotidien et fixer des objectifs clairs
  • Suivre le temps de travail, les standards, la sécurité, l'hygiène et l'entretien des équipements
  • Développer la polyvalence des personnes sur le site et planifier les formations avec les équipes
  • Encourager la démarche 5S et l'amélioration continue sur l'ensemble de vos lignes
  • Échanger avec la direction pour remonter les défis du terrain et proposer des solutions concrètes
  • Participer aux projets d'amélioration avec vos pairs et les services supports

  • Expérience confirmée dans l'encadrement d'équipes en milieu industriel
  • Connaissance pratique des processus de fabrication, des équipements et des produits
  • Aptitude à analyser les données et à résoudre les problèmes opérationnels
  • Capacités d'écoute et de communication pour créer un environnement de travail constructif
  • Esprit orienté vers l'atteinte des objectifs et maîtrise des outils Word et Excel
