Make Your Mark as a Procurement Specialist at Storio group

About the role.

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist at P40 level to take ownership of assigned spend categories across our platform. Storio Group produces millions of personalized photo products every year for customers across 14 European markets. To support this scale, our supply base of materials, packaging, technology, and services requires commercial intelligence, long term thinking, and strong operational rigour.

Reporting to our Procurement Lead, you will operate with significant autonomy to shape sourcing strategies, manage complex supplier relationships, and deliver measurable commercial value. You will act as the internal expert for your spend areas, partnering closely with operations, finance, legal, and business unit leaders to balance cost, quality, and supply security.

  • Own the end to end category management process for assigned spend areas, developing multi year strategies aligned to business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and supplier landscape assessments to identify optimal sourcing approaches.
  • Design and execute RFI, RFP, and tender processes, managing supplier evaluation and selection with transparency.
  • Identify consolidation, aggregation, and value engineering opportunities across your assigned categories.
  • Explore market trends and supplier capabilities to unlock innovation, capacity priority, and favorable commercial terms.
  • Build partnerships with key internal functions to translate business needs into clear sourcing briefs and commercial strategies.
  • Lead supplier negotiations on price, service levels, and risk allocation to secure sustainable commercial value.
  • Manage high value B2B agreements ensuring proper contract governance and margin guardrails.
  • Establish supplier KPIs and scorecards to hold partners accountable and drive continuous performance improvement.
  • Mitigate supply risk proactively by monitoring market conditions, addressing concentration risks, and maintaining continuity plans.
  • Improve procurement processes, policies, and tools to elevate how the wider team operates.
  • Extensive experience in procurement with substantial category ownership and direct supplier negotiation responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of managing the full procurement cycle from strategy through to contract execution and performance management.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build business cases, review contract terms, and evaluate financial risk.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating high value commercial agreements that deliver clear savings and value outcomes.
  • Hands on experience using procurement or ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or Coupa alongside spend analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions across cross functional teams.
  • CIPS qualification or progress toward CIPS certification.
  • Procurement experience within manufacturing, e-commerce, or consumer goods environments.
  • Exposure to strategic sourcing frameworks such as Kraljic matrix, total cost of ownership modeling, or should cost analysis.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
