Du übernimmst die Führung der Bereiche Druck und sorgst dafür, dass hochwertige Produkte effizient und termingerecht entstehen. Die Rolle verbindet operative Führung, klare Prioritätensetzung und kontinuierliche Prozessverbesserung. Dein Beitrag stellt sicher, dass unsere Premiumprodukte rechtzeitig, wirtschaftlich und in der gewohnten Qualität bei unseren Kunden ankommen.

Wie du Neugier täglich lebst

  • Organisation und fachliche Führung deines Teams im Bereich Druck und Rahmenfertigung
  • Überwachung des täglichen Produktionsablaufs inkl. Qualitäts- und Prozesskontrolle
  • Anwendung von Lean-Methoden (z. B. 5S, KVP) zur Steigerung von Produktivität und Prozesssicherheit
  • Effiziente Planung und Steuerung von Personal, Maschinen und Material
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsstandards

  • Verantwortung für die Herstellung hochwertiger Druck- und Rahmenprodukte
  • Motivation und Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden
  • Sichtbare, hands-on Führung mit Fokus auf Ergebnisse, Qualität und Zusammenarbeit
  • Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer hohen Produktions- und Qualitätsstandards

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams in einem Produktions- oder Industrieumfeld
  • Sicheres Verständnis von Produktionsabläufen, Planung und Qualitätssicherung
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und klare, verbindliche Kommunikation
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und solide Englischkenntnisse für den Arbeitsalltag

Was dich besonders macht

  • Berufserfahrung oder Qualifikation im Druckbereich
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
