StoryMachine ist eine 2017 gegründete Agentur mit dem Schwerpunkt auf strategischem Storytelling für Brands, Persönlichkeiten und politische Institutionen. Die Basis unseres integrativen Storytellings ist journalistisch und komplett datengetrieben. Wir betrachten Social Channels nicht isoliert, sondern heben ihre Stärken und Besonderheiten hervor und bringen sie zum Vorteil unserer Kund*innen ein. Unser Büro befindet sich in einem alten Varieté-Theater mitten im Herzen von Berlin. Dort triffst du auf einzigartige Charakterköpfe als Kolleg*innen und bei regelmäßigen Networking-Events auf bekannte Persönlichkeiten aus der Politik-, Wirtschafts- und Medienwelt.

Die Administration der technischen Infrastruktur, die operative Unterstützung und den technischen Problemen Deiner Kolleg*innen zaubern Dir ein Lächeln ins Gesicht? Die Inventarisierung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Softwarelizenzen sind für Dich ein Kinderspiel? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig!

Als Apple IT Administrator (Jamf Pro / M365) (m/w/d) – 32 h bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle für technische Probleme und Anfragen aus dem Team im First-Level-Support und unterstützt das Operations-Team bei der Optimierung und Anpassung interner Prozesse.

Deine Aufgaben

➡️ Verwaltung von Apple Devices über Jamf (MDM), u.a. Anpassen von Richtlinien, Verteilen von Software ➡️ Inventarisierung und Verwaltung des Hardwarebestands per Assetmanagement ➡️ Administration, Identitäts- und Zugriffsmanagement über M365 und Azure AD (Entra-) und Nutzerverwaltung div. anderen Agenturtools wie Notion, Adobe, etc. ➡️ 1st-Level-Ticket-Support für technische Anfragen aus dem Team ➡️ Unterstützung bei der Erfassung von IT-Anforderungen, sowie die von möglichen Lösungen und Prozessen z.B. in Notion ➡️ Technisches On- und Offboarding inkl. der Aktivierung bzw. Deaktivierung sämtlicher Zugänge, Lizenz- und Vertragsverwaltung für alle Devices der Kolleg*innen, etc. ➡️ Grundlegende Verwaltung von VPN- und Benutzerzugängen (Synology) und Unterstützung bei einfachen Netzwerkproblemen ➡️ Verwaltung von Logitech-Konferenz-Hardware ➡️ Ständiger Austausch mit unserem CIO und dem externen IT-Consultant bei komplexeren IT-Themen

Das bringst du mit

✅ Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik und/oder vergleichbare erste Berufserfahrungen ✅ Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Betriebssystemen wie macOS, iOS, bzw. Grundkenntnisse für Windows, Linux sind von Vorteil ✅ Erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit MDM-Lösungen wie Jamf, Intune oder NinjaOne wären wünschenswert ✅ Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen M365 (Azure AD), Netzwerkthemen, und der Apple-Welt ✅ Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch mindestens gute Grundkenntnisse
