StoryMachine ist eine 2017 gegründete Agentur mit dem Schwerpunkt auf strategischem Storytelling für Brands, Persönlichkeiten und politische Institutionen. Die Basis unseres integrativen Storytellings ist journalistisch und komplett datengetrieben. Wir betrachten Social Channels nicht isoliert, sondern heben ihre Stärken und Besonderheiten hervor und bringen sie zum Vorteil unserer Kund*innen ein. Unser Büro befindet sich in einem alten Varieté-Theater mitten im Herzen von Berlin. Dort triffst du auf einzigartige Charakterköpfe als Kolleg*innen und bei regelmäßigen Networking-Events auf bekannte Persönlichkeiten aus der Politik-, Wirtschafts- und Medienwelt.

Über die Stelle

Als Werkstudent*in im Office Management bei StoryMachine übernimmst du ab dem ersten Tag Verantwortung und bist ein fester Bestandteil unseres Office Teams.

Deine Aufgaben

➡️ Du bearbeitest unseren Schriftverkehr (E-Mails) ➡️ Du sortierst die eingehende Post an das jeweilige Team ➡️ Du aktualisierst interne Dateneinträge (z. B. Notion) ➡️ Du übernimmst Recherche-Aufgaben zu verschiedenen Themen, die auch abteilungsübergreifend sein können ➡️ Du besetzt unsere Rezeption (Empang von Besucher*innen, Pakete annehmen) ➡️ Du sorgst dafür, dass das Office aufgeräumt ist und sich immer von der besten Seite präsentiert, ebensogut hast du ein Auge darauf dass unser Office-Bestand wie z.B. Büromaterial, Getränke, Süßigkeiten etc. immer ausreichend verfügbar ist ➡️ Du kommunizierst und koordinierst Themen mit externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Reinigungsfirma, Hausverwaltung, Hausmeister, etc.) ➡️ Du unterstützt bei der Planung unserer Teamaktivitäten und Events

Das bringst du mit

✅ Du studierst aktuell noch für mindestens 2 Semester ✅ Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (Muttersprachler-Niveau) und gutes Englisch ✅ Du verfügst über Zeitmanagement- und Multitasking-Fähigkeiten mit der Fähigkeit zur Priorisierung ✅ Du bist vertrauensvoll, zuverlässig, flexibel, hast eine „Getting Things Done“ Mentalität und bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit ✅ Du liebst es, dein Organisationstalent in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld unter Beweis zu stellen ✅ Du überzeugst mit schriftlichen und mündlichen Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie mit einer positiven Ausstrahlung ✅ Du arbeitest zuverlässig, detailverliebt und lösungsorientiert ✅ Du bist nicht abgeschreckt von Zahlen- und Datenpflege ✅ Du bist ein wahrer Teamplayer – verantwortungsbewusst, kooperativ und vor allem engagiert ✅ Du hast ein Auge für die kleinen Dinge im Büroalltag
