Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Mission

  • Du begleitest Vakanzen ganzheitlich von der Bedarfsklärung bis zur Vertragsunterschrift – von Ausschreibung und Vorauswahl über Bewerbungsgespräche bis zur Vertragsverhandlung. Das Recruiting macht rund 60 % deiner Zeit aus.
  • Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Fachbereiche, berätst sie zu Anforderungsprofilen, Auswahl und Marktsituation und machst Führungskräfte und Interviewer/innen in gelegentlichen Schulungen fit für die Interviewführung.
  • Du gewinnst die richtigen Talente für Ranger, sprichst sie auch direkt an und arbeitest dafür eng mit Active Sourcing und Personalmarketing zusammen.
  • Du gestaltest mit uns eine lebendige interne Community, die Zusammenhalt und Identifikation über Teamgrenzen hinweg schafft – mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum. Rund 40 % deiner Zeit gehören diesem Thema.
  • Du planst Events für unser Head Office und betreust eigene Projekte wie AI-Exchange-Formate, den Gesundheitstag oder den Weihnachtsmarkt.
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Benefits bekannt sind und genutzt werden, damit sich alle Mitarbeitenden rundum wertgeschätzt fühlen.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Mindestens 2–3 Jahre Recruiting-Erfahrung, idealerweise im internen Recruiting eines Unternehmens, bilden die Basis für deinen Erfolg.
  • Vom Interview bis zur Vertragsverhandlung bist du im gesamten Recruitingprozess sicher unterwegs und sprichst Kandidat/innen auch direkt an, etwa über LinkedIn oder Xing.
  • Deine Begeisterungsfähigkeit steckt Bewerber an, und als Sparringspartner/in auf Augenhöhe berätst du Fachbereiche mit Freude, bei vertraulichen Themen mit Diskretion.
  • Mit Organisationstalent und Hands-on-Mentalität behältst du auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
  • Als zukünftiger Ranger liegen dir Offenheit, Toleranz und Teamgeist am Herzen. Du lebst diese Überzeugung und förderst mit uns eine diverse Unternehmenskultur, in der sich alle Mitarbeitenden willkommen fühlen.
