Stellenbeschreibung

Du liebst Direktvertrieb, verstehst Menschen und willst Erfolge feiern, die Du gemeinsam mit Deinem Team möglich machst?

Dann gestalte mit uns die Zukunft der Außenwerbung sowie des Online-Marketings und übernimm Verantwortung für ein schlagkräftiges Team in der Kaltakquise.

  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung Deines Vertriebsteams mit bis zu 10 Personen im Bereich B2B-Neukundenakquise
  • Begleitung bei Kundenterminen (Remote und vor Ort) sowie aktive Unterstützung bei der Zielerreichung
  • Durchführung von regelmäßigen Coachings und Feedbackgesprächen
  • Eigene Verantwortung für die aktive Neukundenakquise und den Abschluss von Werbe- und Marketinglösungen im B2B-Bereich
  • Betreuung und Entwicklung ausgewählter Key Accounts sowie Vorbildfunktion im aktiven Vertrieb
  • Verantwortung für ein eigenes Umsatzziel sowie die Erreichung der vereinbarten Vertriebsziele
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting zur Teamerweiterung und dem Training zur Talentförderung
  • CRM-gestützte Steuerung (Salesforce) der Vertriebsaktivitäten sowie Reporting an relevante Schnittstellen
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Marketing, Sales Support und weiteren internen Bereichen

Qualifikationen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der direkten Führung von Vertriebler:innen, idealerweise im Direktvertrieb
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebspersönlichkeit mit Begeisterung für Akquise und Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erfahrung in Personalauswahl und -entwicklung von Vorteil
  • Starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten, ein Coaching-Mindset und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Strukturierte, zielorientierte und empathische Führungskompetenz
