  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards, and internal controls addressing supplier and subcontractor compliance requirements.
  • Interpret and implement applicable DoD, federal acquisition, contractual, regulatory, and customer-specific requirements, including required supplier flow-downs.
  • Partner with Contracts, Legal, Security, Quality, Finance, IT, and Program teams to identify, assess, and mitigate supply chain compliance risks.
  • Oversee supplier and subcontractor due diligence, onboarding, risk classification, screening, periodic reviews, and compliance monitoring.

  • Develop and maintain compliance matrices, supplier records, obligation trackers, audit files, and other required documentation.
  • Lead internal and external supply chain compliance audits, assessments, reviews, and customer inquiries.
  • Investigate potential compliance issues, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, and track remediation activities through closure.
  • Establish compliance metrics, dashboards, key performance indicators, and executive reporting to provide visibility into supplier risk and program performance.
  • Design and deliver training and guidance for employees, buyers, contract professionals, program teams, and suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain a supplier compliance communications and engagement program to promote accountability and timely issue resolution.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools that support supplier risk management, contract lifecycle management, enterprise resource planning (ERP), governance, risk and compliance (GRC), document management, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Improve data quality, systems integration, process standardization, and reporting across Contracts and Supply Chain functions.
  • Identify and responsibly implement artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and automation opportunities for regulatory monitoring, contract and flow-down analysis, document review, obligation tracking, supplier risk assessment, anomaly detection, and compliance reporting.
  • Establish appropriate controls for the use of AI and automation, including human review, data protection, access controls, accuracy validation, auditability, and compliance with company and government requirements.
  • Use data analytics and technology to identify trends, emerging risks, control gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain appropriate records and evidence to support audits, customer reviews, certifications, and regulatory inquiries.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert on supply chain compliance matters across the organization.
  • Utilize purchasing and ERP systems
  • Experience using AI‑enabled tools and a strong willingness to learn and apply AI to drive efficiency and improve quality and effectiveness in Contracts and Supply Chain processes.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
