Deine Rolle

  • Eigenständige Vorbereitung und Durchführung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte bei Fragen rund um die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit mit Finanzämtern, Sozialversicherungsträgern und weiteren Behörden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der Buchhaltung, HR und unserem Steuerbüro
  • Pflege und Verwaltung von abrechnungsrelevanten Mitarbeiterdaten in PERSONIO
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Bescheinigungen, Meldungen und weiteren abrechnungsrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports
  • Unterstützung bei buchhalterischen Aufgaben und vorbereitenden Tätigkeiten für die Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Payroll- und HR-Prozesse

Profil und Softskills

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Lohn- und Gehaltsbuchhalter oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Erfahrung mit PERSONIO Payroll
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Diskretion und ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Organisationsstärke und eigenverantwortliches Management von Prioritäten
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative
  • lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Technische Kompetenzen

  • Microsoft Office 365
