Job Description – Gerente Regional de Ventas Occidente

Cliente: Empresa mexicana de alto crecimiento enfocada en tecnología, logística y distribución para el canal tradicional.

Posición: Gerente Regional de Ventas Occidente Ubicación: Guadalajara Cobertura: Guadalajara, León, Morelia y Aguascalientes Reporta a: Director de Ventas Compensación: $100,000 MXN mensuales + variable

Objetivo de la posición Liderar la operación comercial de la región Occidente, asegurando la correcta ejecución del modelo de preventa en campo, el cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, productividad, cobertura y rentabilidad del canal tradicional.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar la operación comercial de preventa en la región Occidente.
  • Asegurar la ejecución comercial en canal tradicional / detalle.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar equipos comerciales de alto desempeño.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores clave de ventas, cobertura, productividad y efectividad.
  • Acompañar a jefes de venta, supervisores y equipos comerciales en campo.
  • Detectar brechas operativas y definir planes de acción.
  • Asegurar la rentabilidad y productividad de las rutas comerciales.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con Dirección de Ventas y equipos corporativos.

Equipo a cargo

  • 2 Jefes de Ventas.
  • 6 Supervisores de Ventas.
  • Alcance aproximado de 100 personas en operación comercial.

Perfil requerido

  • 10+ años de experiencia en ventas dentro de empresas de consumo masivo.
  • Experiencia comprobada en canal tradicional / canal detalle.
  • Experiencia liderando operaciones de preventa.
  • Manejo de rutas comerciales y equipos de campo.
  • Experiencia como Gerente Regional de Ventas o posición similar.
  • Manejo de equipos comerciales grandes, incluyendo supervisores y jefaturas.
  • Experiencia gestionando múltiples ciudades o regiones.
  • Dominio de KPIs comerciales: ventas, cobertura, productividad, efectividad, ticket promedio y rentabilidad.
  • Alta orientación a resultados, ejecución en campo y disciplina operativa.
  • Comunicación clara, concreta y ejecutiva.

Perfil ideal Líder comercial con experiencia sólida en consumo masivo, canal tradicional y preventa. Cercano a la operación, con capacidad para acompañar equipos en campo, tomar decisiones con base en datos, desarrollar talento comercial y asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos en una operación regional de alto ritmo.
