募集の背景とポジションの位置づけ

本ポジションは、一般的なアカウントマネジメント職とは異なります。顧客・プロダクト・技術が交わる場所に立ち、顧客に対しては「このプラットフォームで実際に何ができるのか」を率直に語れる存在として、プロダクト・エンジニアリングに対しては現場の実態を正確に持ち帰る存在として、双方から信頼される役割です。

業務は大きく2つの軸に分かれます。1つは担当アカウントの技術面を主導すること。もう1つは、顧客のデータパイプラインや社内業務のどこにAIが価値を生むかを見極め、自ら実装し、その知見をStreamhubのAIロードマップに還元することです。

カントリーマネージャーの直下で、エンジニアリングと密に連携しながら、日本およびAPAC地域におけるStreamhubの技術面の窓口を担っていただきます。

仕事内容

1. 担当アカウントの技術オーナーシップ・技術ディスカバリー

  • 担当アカウントの技術的な関係構築を主導し、表面的な機能要望にとどまらない議論の場をつくる
  • 顧客とイノベーションワークショップを実施し、測定・分析の課題に対してAIとStreamhubのプロダクトで何が可能になるかを提示する
  • 日本・APAC顧客の技術面の一次窓口として、難易度の高い課題を顧客と一緒に整理する
  • 複雑な技術要件・データ要件を、プロダクトとエンジニアリングがそのまま着手できる要件に整理し、意図の抜け落ちを防ぐ
  • 信頼の獲得、解約防止、取引拡大につながる長期的な技術リレーションを構築する
  • 技術者・ビジネス層それぞれに合わせて内容の深さと切り口を変えながら、プラットフォームのデモンストレーションを行う
  • 顧客の目的に照らしてStreamhubの価値を明確に示す技術提案書を作成する
  • 得られた技術ナレッジを社内に共有し、顧客対応の技術水準を引き上げる

2. AI活用の推進

  • 顧客のデータパイプライン、測定プロセス、社内のデリバリー業務にAIを組み込んだワークフローを設計し、提案だけでなく実装まで担当する
  • データ連携、品質チェック、異常検知、インサイト生成の各領域で、大規模言語モデル・自動化・AIツールが効果を発揮する箇所を特定する
  • Airflow、Kubernetes、AWS／GCP上に構築された顧客データパイプラインの監視・運用を行う
  • 新しいAIツールを評価し、顧客および自チームにとって実際に効果のあるものを見極める

3. プロダクト開発への貢献

  • 顧客とプロダクトチームをつなぐフィードバックの経路として機能し、現場で得た気づきを根拠のあるプロダクト提案に変える
  • 顧客全体から得たインサイトを傾向として整理し、優先順位付けの判断材料を提供することでプロダクトの方向性に貢献する
  • オーディエンス測定、アドテク、AIの業界動向を常に把握し、ロードマップが市場の方向性を反映した状態を保つ
  • ロンドン・バンガロールのエンジニアリング／プロダクトチームと連携し、デリバリー品質の統一とナレッジ共有を進める

応募要件

  • B2Bテクノロジー企業において、エンタープライズ顧客との技術的な折衝が中心となる職務（テクニカルアカウントマネージャー、ソリューションアーキテクト、セールスエンジニア、テクニカルプロダクトマネージャー等）の経験5年以上
  • アカウントマネジメントの目標達成経験、または新規受注のクロージングを実質的に支援した実績
  • オーディエンス測定、リサーチ、広告、またはメディア・アドテク企業で利用される分析／技術システムに関する実務経験2年以上
  • 顧客のニーズを詳細に聞き取り、社内で議論し、顧客・社内の双方に能動的に提案できるコミュニケーション力
  • 分析基盤・データパイプラインの一般的な仕組み（ETL、パイプライン、API、クラウドインフラ）に関する基本的な理解
  • 少人数チームでの就業経験。専門性の高さに加え、チームで成果を出すことに長けていること
  • 日本国内で継続的に就労できる方

募集要項

雇用形態：正社員

想定年収：1,000万円以上（経験・スキルを考慮のうえ決定）

インセンティブ：セールス実績に応じたインセンティブ制度あり

ストックオプション：入社1年経過後、付与対象

試用期間：6か月

勤務地：神谷町オフィス（神谷町駅・六本木一丁目駅より徒歩5分）

勤務形態：ハイブリッド勤務（週3日出社）

休日・休暇：年間28日（祝日を含む）

研修・能力開発：研修予算あり。年1～2回、英国またはバンガロールオフィスへの研修渡航あり
