Verstärke unser Team in der Region Stuttgart und starte als Senior Bauleiter (m/w/d) für den Schlüsselfertigbau zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Vollzeit.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Bauprojekte – vom Geschosswohnungsbau und Reihenhäusern bis hin zu komplexen Quartiersentwicklungen. Dabei koordinierst, steuerst und überwachst du sämtliche Auftragnehmer sowie deren Fachbauleiter bis zur schlüsselfertigen Übergabe an unsere privaten Kunden.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass alle Neubauvorhaben kosten-, termin- und qualitätsgerecht umgesetzt werden und trägst so maßgeblich zum Unternehmenserfolg bei. Zudem achtest du auf die Einhaltung von Umwelt- und Sicherheitsvorgaben.
  • Du stehst im stetigen Austausch mit allen internen und externen Projektbeteiligten und leitest die gemeinsamen Abstimmungstermine.
  • Du gestaltest die Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung von Prozessen und Standards aktiv mit, um dein Arbeitsumfeld stetig zu optimieren.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare bauspezifische Qualifikation, z. B. als Techniker, Meister oder Architekt (m/w/d).
  • Mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position hast du idealerweise bereits schlüsselfertige Bauprojekte eigenverantwortlich gesteuert und vollumfänglich abgewickelt.
  • Du bist durchsetzungsstark, verfügst über ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick und überzeugst im Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Du begeisterst dich für innovative und nachhaltige Themen – beispielsweise Building Information Modeling, Lean Construction Management, Holz-Hybridbauweise oder auch Begrünungs- und Mobilitätskonzepte.
