Freewheelin’ Community Bikes provides accessible bicycles and teaches youth life and leadership skills that improve their physical and mental well-being. We connect a very vulnerable population of youth (ages 8-18) with skills for life over a shared passion for the bicycle. Youth gain hands-on mechanic skills while learning social skills that help them navigate their lives at home, at school, and in the community. The Engagement Intern assists with creation and implementation of the strategy to engage individuals and businesses in advancing Freewheelin’ mission. With a focus on volunteers and stakeholders, the intern incorporates cultivation and stewardship, to build a strategy which includes a robust array of opportunities that engage as diverse community of supporters. This position reports directly to the Executive Director and works as part of the Freewheelin’ Team.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
